BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Lance Wagar is a seasoned veteran with over 20 years experience coaching youth soccer in both recreational and competitive climates.  Lance started his coaching career in NY and has since furthered his coaching experience in clubs located in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida where he coached for Orlando City and Florida Kraze Crush.

 Stetson is a seasoned Soccer Coach with over 20 years of playing and coaching experience. Stetson brings a high level of passion and motivation to our club and currently runs the Leesburg HS Varsity and JV Soccer programs.

  Shannon Bush is an assistant coach in the U11 Division. He is a lifelong resident of Lake County and has served with the Lake County Fire Department as a Lt. Fire Medic for over 22 years. Shannon has been coaching developmental soccer for four years where he has has been an excellent teacher, mentor, and guide, helping these children to reach their highest levels of achievement.   

 Anderson DaSilva is the owner and President of Brave Sporting Club and a firm partner and supporter of Lake United soccer. Anderson is the head coach of Brave SC's first team, which competes in USL League Two (pre-professional), and The Villages High School's varsity boys soccer teams.

 Korey oversees all aspects of Leesburg Recreation & Parks Department's soccer, football and basketball programs, as well as the adult coed programs. The City of Leesburg Recreation Department is a firm supporter and partner of the Lake United FC travel club.

Carrie Lainez is a seasoned Youth Soccer Coach, Teacher and Mother. She has been coaching in different aspects for all 3 of her children for the last seven years in a recreational and competitive environment. She is currently the Assistant Coach for the Lake United FC U17 team and brings Integrity, Encouragement and Excitement to the field. 

Jason is currently coaching the Lake United U-17 club team.  Graduated from Leesburg High and University of Central Florida.

Over 35 years of soccer experience as both a player and coach. 

 Coach G is an outstanding asset to our Coaching and Training team. His passion for soccer and his natural ability to train up the kids in all age levels has made him an Integral part of Lake United. Deeply committed and family focused he brings strong motivation to every player he works with.
